A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. If you are unable to accept delivery your parcel will be left at your local Post Office.

 

RETURNS

 We will happily exchange or refund an item provided that the following conditions are met:

Sale items

Sale items are able to be returned as per the above conditions. Please note that final sale items (items which are discounted by 70% or more) are final sale and cannot be returned unless deemed faulty. Please ensure you take this into account when purchasing an already reduced item during our Online Shopping Event.

Shoes

Where the Items are shoes they must be returned to Style Mecca unworn, unmarked and undamaged, and in their original undamaged box or packaging. When trying on Shoes, ensure you try them on a carpeted surface to avoid scratching the soles. Shoes that are returned to Style Mecca without their original box or packaging, in damaged box or packaging, worn, marked or in an otherwise unsalable condition may not be accepted for refund or exchange.

 

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

To obtain an exchange or refund, please contact Customer Care within 7 days by email at info@stylemecca.com.au to request a return authorisation number (RA Number).

In your request for an RA Number, please provide us with the following details:

Once you have received your RA number for the return it is recommended that items are returned by registered post to the address specified. You assume the risk of, and shall be responsible for, any loss of or damage to any Item during transit. For this reason, we recommend that you take out shipment / postage insurance.

In the case of a refund, this can only be credited to the credit / debit card that was used to purchase the Item.

Please note: unless the Item is faulty, not of merchantable quality or is different from the Item you ordered, you are responsible for all shipping and packaging costs incurred in returning and / or exchanging an item.
